Pork Chops to Die For (You’ll love them!)

Six to eight center cut pork chops

2 packages of Ritz crackers, crushed

3 eggs, beaten

1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese

1 cup melted butter

Coat pork chops in egg mix and cover well with Ritz crackers. Place in a glass baking dish (sprayed with butter PAM or just lightly oiled) and drizzle with melted butter.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 40 minutes on 370 degrees
