1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (or a little more)
2 chopped green onions
6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (or store-bought bacon pieces)
1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze

Directions
Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions and place in a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350ยบ for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and boucan glaze. Return to the oven for a few more minutes. Serve with Fritos or crackers.
