Banana Nut Pound Cake

1 Yellow cake mix
1 box sugar-free instant pudding, banana or vanilla
2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup rum
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans (other nuts may be substituted, amount adjusted to taste)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp almond flavoring
Mix cake mix, dry pudding mix and pecans together. In another bowl, smash bananas, add beaten eggs, oil water and rum. Add slowly to dry mixture, beating as you go. Beat on medium for about 2 minutes, adding flavorings toward end.
Spray and lightly flour bunt pan (I use flour spray only). Cook on middle rack in a preheated oven at 325° for about 40 minutes. Do not over cook.
Glaze with powdered sugar, 2 Tbsp rum, 2 Tbsp milk and warm water as needed to melt sugar so that it may be spooned over warm cake Store covered.
