Ingredients
2 6-oz cans tomato paste
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 tablespoons fresh oregano
1 tablespoons fresh thyme
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
4 lbs chuck roast
2 16-oz cans diced tomatoes
2 onions, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 bay leaves
Directions
- Mix together ingredients
- Place roast in slow cooker. Add soup mixture. Cover; cook on Low 8-10 hours or on High 4-5 hours. Remove bay leaves before serving
