1/8 t salt
1 cup plain flour
1 cup powered sugar
1/2 t baking powder
2 eggs
2 T fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup flaked coconut (optional)
Mix first 4 ingredients in order listed. Spread in 7x11 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 325. Remove from oven.Combine remaining ingredients & spread over baked mixture. Bake for 2 minutes at 350 or until mixture browns & loosens from sides of pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Yield 36 pieces.
