Butterscotch Layer Dessert

1 cup flour
1 stick butter (soften)
1/2 cup pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
1 16-ounce whipped topping, divided
8 ounces cream cheese
small box of butterscotch instant pudding mix
small box of vanilla instant pudding mix
3 cups of milk, divided
extra pecans

Mix flour and butter; pack in a 9 by 12' inch baking dish. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool completely. Mix 1 cup powered sugar, 112 box of 16-ounce whipped topping, cream cheese. Layer on top of crust.

Mix butterscotch pudding with 11/2 cups of milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups of milk. Spread over butterscotch mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping.

Sprinkle pecans on top and chill overnight.
