Hot Chocolate Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup butter
  • 1 cup Hershey's Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 cup Domino Granulated Sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1⁄4 tsp. salt, 
  • Pam Baking Spray
  • 24 Hershey's Almond Kisses

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Microwave butter and chocolate on HIGH, 1 to 1 1⁄2 minutes, whisking every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Whisk in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk in flour and salt until blended. Place 24 mini cupcake liners into mini muffin tin. Coat each liner with baking spray. Fill liners with batter almost to top. Bake 18 minutes or until puffed and set.
  2. Remove from oven and let stand 8 minutes. Press 1 candy into each brownie center. Cool completely in pan.
