Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
14 oz can chicken broth
14 oz can navy beans
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
(2) 14 oz. cans white corn
(2) 4 oz cans cohpped green chiles
(4) 14 oz cans navy beans, rinsed & drained
Directions
- Add chicken to slow cooker.
- Cover with remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred.
- Return chicken to slow cooker.
- Cook an additional 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
