Drain pineapple and oranges, reserving liquid. Prepare pudding using liquid from the fruit in place of milk. In a bowl combine pineapple, oranges, strawberries, gently folding in pudding. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bananas just before serving.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges
1 package instant lemon pudding
1 cup quartered strawberries
1 cup sliced ripe bananas
Serves 8-10
