Ingredients:
Eggs
Salt
Sweet & Low
Sweet pickle juice
Mayonnaise
1. Boil as many eggs as you need for about 10 minutes. Add salt to water to help the shell separate from the egg.
2. Pour off hot water and cover with cold water.
3. Peel and cut into two pieces.
4. Place yellows in bowl and mash with fork until smooth.
5. Add a speck of salt, one Sweet & Low, a little sweet pickle juice, if available, and enough mayonnaise to hold it together.
6. Fill each half with yoke mixture.
(Trish's secret ingredient - a squirt of mustard.)
