Copycat Pancho's Cheese Dip


Ingredients:

1 lb block American cheese, cut into cubes
1 -1 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies

Directions:

1 Melt cheese until smooth in a double boiler or microwave, stirring throughout.
2 Puree rotel in blender or small processor.
3 Stir into the cheese the rotel, cumin and garlic.
4 If too thick, add a little water.
5 Serve with tortilla chips.
6 ENJOY
